| Closing Session - Thursday, July 21, 2011, 9:30am - 11:00 am Jillian Darwish serves as Vice President, Organizational Learning and Innovation for KnowledgeWorks where she leads the organization’s efforts to apply knowledge of emerging trends with organizational learning and systems change practices to create systemic innovation. Prior to being named Vice President, Jillian was the founding Executive Director for the Institute for Creative Collaboration (ICC) at KnowledgeWorks. As Executive Director she built national partnerships and a strategic consulting practice to help education leaders and organizations think, learn and work in new ways. Jillian has also served as Collaborative Knowledge Management Director for KnowledgeWorks and created Educator's Knowledge Network, a vibrant peer-to-peer learning network for 1,300 teachers across fifty-two small schools in Ohio. An award-winning educator and
leader, Jillian has taught a wide range of students from primary through graduate
school, has led regional teams to create widely distributed multimedia
educational products and services, and has received national recognition for
the design and implementation of an organizational learning system serving a
500-member organization and 22 public school districts. |
