| Logistics General Conference Registration/Laptop Check Instructions You can pick up your conference materials at the registration desk located outside of Ballroom B at DeVos Place. The conference registration desk will be open on Monday, July 18, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and Tuesday, July 19, from 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM. Please remember to bring your laptop with you to registration on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning so that you can proceed to the laptop check-in, which is taking place during the registration times listed above. If you are an iZone, Train the Trainer, 2012 Planning Summit, or New Teacher participant, please go to the specified registration line to pick up your materials. All other registrants should go to the alphabetical line corresponding to your last name. New Teacher Registration/Laptop Check Instructions You can pick up your conference materials at the registration desk located outside of Ballroom B at DeVos Place. Please go to the registration line for “New Teachers” to pick up your materials. When you register on Sunday, you’ll also receive a copy of the PBL Starter Kit and a short ‘homework’ assignment to help you prepare for the sessions on Monday. Please remember to bring your laptop with you to registration so that you can proceed to the Laptop Check-In. Laptop Check-In will be taking place from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Sunday, July 17 and on Monday at 7:00 AM. Travel Times Please be prepared to attend all sessions at NTAC 2011, and make your travel plans accordingly. NTAC 2011 will open on Tuesday, July 19, at 8:00am (EST), and will close on Thursday, July 21, at 12:00pm (EST). Please see the NTAC 2011 Program for more details. New Teacher Training will be held Monday, July 18, through Thursday, July 21, 2011. This special training for teachers who are new to the Network will start prior to NTAC, and the run concurrently with the NTAC program. New teachers should check with their school directors prior to registering. Amway Grand Plaza Hotel Reservations The deadline to receive the New Tech Network discounted rate has passed. However, you can still reserve a room at the Amway Grand Plaza under regular hotel rates if you have not yet booked your stay. Reservations can be made online, or by calling 800-253-3590. Airport

Gain Andrus Transportation will provide airport shuttle service for NTAC 2011. The shuttle will go provide service to/from the airport and Amway Plaza as well as the JW Marriott. Participants can either pay $15/one way (normally approximately $30 by cab) or $25/round-trip.
